To receive the conference discounted accommodation rates for the Pan Pacific, accommodation must be booked via the registration portal. Please note that full pre-payment is required by Friday 12 July, after this full cancellation fees apply.

If your room is twin share and you wish to have an extra breakfast you can pay this directly with the hotel when you check in.

Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of other delegate with whom you wish to share.

Extending your stay - The hotels may offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellations - Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.

Security deposit upon check in - Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.
