Dr. John Wyrick is a professor at Washington State University in the USA. His laboratory uses next-generation sequencing methods to study DNA damage induced by ultraviolet (UV) light and how this damage is repaired across the genome by cellular repair pathways. His laboratory also studies mechanisms of UV mutagenesis in yeast and human cells.
